Floating Support Worker 

£22,000 for 37 hours per week

Based in the East Riding

Hull and East Yorkshire Mind is a charity that helps people to improve their mental health and live fulfilling independent lives. If you have the skills, experience and commitment to help, we’d love to welcome you to our team.

 This is a role in which you will be delivering one to one mental health support for individuals in the community. You will help them to develop the necessary skills to maximise their independence and lead a more fulfilling life. 

Support is delivered either in community settings or in the individual’s own home.  Working hours are typically between 8.00am and 8.00pm, 7 days per week.

We are looking for people who are confident, non-judgmental, empathetic, and able to listen to people. Applicants must have a full current driving license and access to a motor vehicle for work purposes as travel will be required.
