Mental Health Support Worker

£23,492.04 for 37 hours per week

Based in the East Riding

If you have the skills, experience, and commitment to help make a real difference for those in the local community, we’d love to welcome you to our team.

You will support people directly with a wide range of mental health conditions on a one to one and group basis, empowering them to live independently and manage their own mental health.

We are looking for an individual with well-developed communication and organisational skills, and the confidence to work independently. You will also need a full current driving licence and access to your own transport for work purposes as the role will involve travel in and around the East Riding.
